Don’t get me wrong, you’re still as great as you always been
But something’s odd, you’ve changed in ways I cannot fully understand
Lift it up with blinders on
While in your own backyard, the whole world falls apart
Why don’t you let go for once
That damn log, this burden that no one but you cares about

But something’s off, I somehow feel like dropping from first to second place
There will always be lending hands
Why not let one arm free to reach them
It’s ok to show you’re strong
But you’re not fooling anyone
Baggy eyes, massive weight loss
Hissy fits, anger, teardops
Endangering your health because
Of your constant fear of being judged
You’re not a failure, you’re just tired
So drop the log and don’t be a martyr
