choking back the words so needed
limits made to be exceeded
epiphany

regretting every moment wasted
sickened by the hate i’ve tasted
from abundance of the heart the words cascade
outward signs no longer masquerade what we feel inside
a gaping mouth
words flow like cyanide
poisoning relationships
and killing trust with dagger lips
a turning point
that seems always for the worse
