spend it on a bunch of stuff
be well liked, respected and powerful as possible
ascend the ladder of social status
work like dogs, pay taxes, get old and sick,
suffer pain and seek pleasure to go from strength to strength
to scale down our expectations about a greater breadth of understanding
torn between our instincts
and society’s expectations
sad, heartbreaking, depressing, destructive, foul and hopless
it’s all meaningless, we prepare ourselves for the moment of death
all that lives must die, passing trough nature to eternity Shakespeare
try to find the key to immortal life before our time here runs out
keep ourselves alive
the world is a prison, we have the choice
make ourselves more reasonable
enjoy our stay in any jail
or try to escape from agony
