When will I see with bright eyes what’s surrounding me?
Shape my fate that’s all I have to do, never to let myself down in this new
world of easy pleasure
Never acting for myself
Pretending to be awake, pretending to be alive
Pretending to be safe
I wrote the word truth on my door, it turned to death
The entire dream is now falling down
I realized I can’t control my world
I was just waiting for the end to come
Fear has taken my hand
This life was never meant to be like this
