The sand and the sea, battle for the shore
Win or lose, the tide strikes the chords
The dunes on the land, found a place to stand
The waves roll over, raising their hand
The ships move on, to foreign grounds
Leaving so empty, you can hear the sound
Returning so full, any more it’d burst
When the balance is made, it’ll feel a curse
Walking the beach, nobody sees
Maybe a bridge, or a trapeze
Never quite knowing, until the end
Which never happens, living to begin
Growing and falling, tricks of the trade
Masks are deceiving, for all that have made
Travel across, a galaxy web
Opened with dreams, when all have gone to bed
Rising and crashing, currents of old
Leaping and landing, to break the mold
Illusions, grandstanding, twisting are signs
