Back in school
I could never really pay attention actin' a fool

I’m dreaming about the days, before we stopped believing

A calm collected younger me
No money to spend
As a kid it never really mattered
Chilling with my friends
We would skate ‘till the morning after
We were dreaming
Not a worry in the world, we had no reason
Nowadays I stress about the small things
When in the end I’m sure I’ll be okay
It just makes it hard when every one of my dreams
Somehow still feel so damn far away
I remember a time when everything was just fine
