It's a Crime

I come out at night, I put on my wings then
A demon in flight, searching for victims
Select likely places to conduct my crimes
Pack up my cares and I leave them behind
Would you believe, they want to arrest me?
I run from the law, I know all their flaws
I’ve never been caught, and I never will be
They’re big, slow and lame. I know their game
Would you believe, my art is a crime to them?
I sneak around all over the town
I wait for my chance, when no one is looking
And that’s when I strike, with venom and spite
I push, I kick, I smear the red
I use my metal blades to shred
I rip, I tear, I hear the screams
The sounds that echo through my dreams
I hit that spot with all my heart
Make my cuts with style and art
Don’t give a f*ck who thinks it’s wrong
I’ll keep on slashing proud and strong
I lunge, I slap, I hear the bark
Look down and I see the sparks
The thrill of feeling scraping steel
Slice them until they’re peeled
I use them up and when I get bored
I hit the streets and look for more
