Queen of the Sea

The queen of the sea with one hand in her hair
Points the finger at whoever she chooses
They must go with her
Sometimes nothing must take the place of nothing in a heart
The king of the hill with his hands in someone else’s pockets
Spits on whoever he chooses
And they must get themselves out

Soon we’ll all be dancing on the beach
And feel like children on the stones
'till someone drags us out of there
And puts us one by one into their homes
The king will build a disco and
We will dance our brand new shoes off
Waiting till the queen returns to the sea
