I’ve never been too good
At leaving well enough alone
I’ve always cut my own path
Like a rolling stone
I don’t like to see the sunset
The same place that woke up
There’s days I wish I’d stick it out hang around
And let it be enough
I keep searching for a higher high
I keep trying to stitch my wounds
Get my fix hide my scars and asking why
