Worn out shoes vacant streets
Eyes in the windows starving feet
A ghost town fading in the light
Life as usual and well preserved
Tractors pull and seagulls cry
A ghost town hiding in the dust
A whistle cries before the night
Another train stretching out
From this ghost town like a runaway kite
Memories of the merry days
When dreams were found in every place
Of this ghost town where we strayed
Velodrome leaders so proud but dim
Formulate their petty plans
