A Plague for Eternity

I did try to understand why we are in this wormhole,
where the news inspires the profligacy,
Miserable wars due to undying devotion,
dressed up hypocrites and bargain in crucifix.
What have we done, it’s out of control…
…But when the time comes we are sited behind the mirrors…
avoiding ourselves for the errors we’ve created.
The power that we once had is now against us,
we let them convey our burdens so for that they own us,
the power that we once had is craving for freedom,
for what it looks a plague for the eternity.
The life that I’ve lived is the blood that I’ve bled,
it’s my curse, my burden, my reason to be.
My liberty it’s confined into sheets of paper
that blindfolds and numb my integrity of being.
What have I done, it’s out of control…
…But when the time comes we are sited behind the mirrors…
