Into the Arena

In the gloomy light I was waiting
Listening to clash of iron from above
All that I learned is coming now together
Need all my skills now, it’s getting rough
In another world nearby
Some rich man takes a sip and smiles
My first step touching the sand
The crowd start their usual roaring
My fate in my own hands
I long to see the crack of dawning
Uncounted enemies I’ve slain in my life
For the amusement of many men
There will be a time when I face my master
I hope I’ll be far away by then
Deep inside I feel this brutal rage
For those lords who keep me in a cage
Like a savage creature
