The mountain water running black
The black rain fall upon our back
From small beginning something grow
Become disciple of the crow
Skin peels back
Black feathers bloom
Beneath the flesh
Another
Blood turns to black as night descend
Revealing threads of silken sin
We perch and nest on blood soaked wire
Above the throng and burning pyre
We slit the throat to beat the wing
To hear the cawing raven king

Too proud defilers of the corn
