Paintball

Living in this world can often make you feel like hell
With Bosnia and Libya and Kosovo, as well
Outside the usa are wars with guns, and bombings, too
In our own peace-torn nation, whatever can we do?
We’re all gonna go play paintball, it’s gonna be such fun
A bunch of guys in camouflage happily bearing guns
There’s nothing I like more than picking friends off one by one

My fellow human targets have each other in their sights
'Cause violence and weaponry are basic human rights
No, we don’t use bullets, we use the next best thing
Little balls of paint that never kill, they only sting
This here’s the kind of game that friends and family love to share
'Cause they know when a real war comes they’re gonna be prepared
I know that there are people who are feeling kind of sore
Pacifists who think that you should never play at war
They tell us we’re impossible, they tell us we’re insane
We don our masks and ammo and say, «Hey, it’s just a game!»
