Drawn to Flame

The innocence of vehemence
The honesty of violence
The allure of the savagery
Brings forth the unimpaired despair
A state of finite suffering
One that I alone adore
My only true inheritance
Is death and my legacy
Is dust
My faith

A burning disease in my burning heart
A sullen belief in the morning star
I long for their screams, they nourish me
I’ve clawed away the taste of this humanity
