I lost my hand today, somewhere, in this glory fight
Can hear the sirene’s cry, horrified, look up to the sky
When will they stop to bomb this dirty field?
Here is nothing more left worth to destroy now!
May they imprison me, want to flee, out of here somehow
Who am I? Is there a reason to live?
How can I find a way to forgive?
I dropped my uniform, somewhere, in this burning town
These days seem hopeless here, people die, falling one by one
What can I do to rescue some other lives,
while I’m missing the strength to protect my own one?
