O Man of God

A world gone wrong, forsaking the Lord
Hardening of hearts and no accord
They need to love God and heed His Word
Looking for answers they cannot find
They can’t see for they are blind
They need a shepherd’s guiding light
God looking down on sinful Earth
Seeing they need a spiritual birth
Will they look to the Lord for His help?
Are they faithful to share God’s Word?
Whom shall We send that’s undeterred?
They need a man of God to guard the faith
God asks, «Whom Shall We send?
Time’s drawing closer to the end»
Who will fill in the gap and make a stand?
A man of God willing to share
Man’s only hope from sin’s despair
Lord here am I, on bended knee
My all surrendered, please send Me,
Let me be the man of God You will send
O' Man of God, grow in the word
That the message will be heard
For you will go through refiners fire
Some have strayed from His trust
In their greediness and lust
But O' Man of God seek righteousness
Run the race stay on God’s course
And you’ll surely be the source
Of a well gushing forth living water
O' Man of God flee from all wrong
And you’ll sing salvations song
In tune with our Lord Jesus Christ
