Promise

I’m living in this black, black hole.
And it’s feeding on my black black soul.
It’s repeating, and I’m kicking and screaming.
You cut open, stop the bleeding.
Who will praise your glory?
Were they there and will they tell your story of who we were and where we went?
I could tell you over and over and again and again.
I’m making a promise that I can’t keep anymore, after years and years we’re
finally here.
We’re crossing roads to eternity.
I know I lost myself along the way.
And I can’t take back the times I left because I thought it would stay the same.
Back then I just didn’t give a fuck, but I learned from my mistakes.
I learned from my mistakes, it is never too late.
