Care, why don’t we care?

There’s too many people in this world
Without no food and no home
There’s too many people in this world
Wandering all alone
And I can’t understand why whole countries
Ignore the people within
When they go to war with each other
It’s a shame and a sin
So I got to say
Care, why don’t we care?
Don’t we care for our people?

Can we be that unaware?
Now we are killing the earth with pollution
We can’t just throw it away
Save it for the next generation
So they can see the new day
Our children need guidance and protection
So they can grow safe and strong
It is important for our survival
For us to help them along

Is it just that we don’t see/
Or is it simply apathy?

If you’re not part of the solution
