Remembering that, like, get real with yourself. You can either look at it
depressed. Like you could either be depressed like we were talking about,
or you could look at the reality. Bruh, is the glass half-full or is the glass
half-empty? Ya know, like, dude, the glass is definitely half-full if you want
to look at it that way
I’ve heard this metaphor that your mind is like a garden. You take care of your
body by eating good things… It’s like why would you not have to take care of
your mind by taking in good thoughts? Thinking healthy thoughts.
Um, and, weeding. Weeding the garden. Tending the soil. Investing in your mind
with like sleep and meditation and things like that. So, that was one of the
pieces I was missing
