When the Night Comes

In the morning I’m a nobleman of honor
Like a knight with his stallion in his honor
On the battle day, with his only sons arm wrapped tight around the legs his
father
I’m a gentle kiss bye on the cheek off the one woman who he’ve ever truly loved
With a long hug, on the tears that falls from her face like rain on the water
When the sun sinks down in the dark sky
I think of the pain that come and pray that I’ll be alright, cause I know,
a momentary loss of control lerks just beyond that old horizon,
and even though I want badly to return to, a younger innocence is a hold that
I’ve learnt too

Looks down at a full grown forest of shame and regret for a sad, lonely man

When the sun rises high in the east sky
I look to the heavens thankful that I’m alive
I know I can survive because I got the drive
Look into my eyes you see the passion till the day I die, so as the sands of
time slip through my hour glass, I look to the future never back at the past,
then the sun starts to fall in the dust, and we take a glimpse of the evil
laying within
There’s a man laying there crying like a child, who’s wondering if hes really
ever truly smiled, he knows what’s it liked to walk about a thousand miles,
he’s seen all the tribulations, been through all the trails, he can’t seem to
break free the web he spun, the weight on his shoulders feels like a thousand
tons, he’s face bears a smile everytime he looks at the sky, but it’s a whole
different story when the night comes
