There Is a Love, There Is a Life

For seven days and seven stormy nights,
I rode the railway yards through the city’s' bright lights.
But all at once, it came to go; I thought I knew.
I saw a change was in time and could watch it grow.
Into a land without the news and a road without wheels.
It lived in the wild, and I had to choose.
But nothing can last.
The good and bad and all must pass.
When I was young my mother said there is a love there is a life that can bleed,
or it can be led.
But as I grew I saw it leave.
I saw all people held by lust and they were trapped in greed.
And so I married up a wife and stole away into the woods to make a love,
and to make a life.
Where all things will grow.
If you accept that you do not know.
And all things will grow, where all things will grow.
Just accept that you do not know, and learn to let go.
