Pit of Debris

It’s a spring for a dead puppet
Animation of soulless one
Where used to be an empty socket
Now lies a piercing gaze
Spinning wild in a wheel of torment
You see them driven nails
Repulsive method of being tied to their game —
One nail, one limb, one through brain
Now there you are, hopeless among the rotten
The reek it burns your guts
How long was the slumber of this soulless matter?
The shock will allow no tears to run
Diversion tactics allowed us to fall a victim
The machine did grind us all
Same machine grinds gold to shining towers
Moulded from our flesh and bone
They made you crawl through blades —
Such is life!
They made you kneel and pray —
Now that’s your fault!
Spewing lies is a mouth of media
Soothing screen, hollow to core
Busy hands writing down the liars doctrine —
Sweet dreams, o' dedicated fool
But as long as one has two eyes open
The big picture might get shards
I’ve seen enough of this pit of debris
I might as well set it burn
They made you crawl through blades —
Such is life!
