Proud

What I saw on the internet was such an embarrassment, woke up feeling more
regret again and again I ain’t proud of it no
I know that it’s dangerous, so why can’t give it up? Just one more day of
addiction and I promise you that I’ll fix it. (Even though I ain’t proud of it,

When my pride becomes conviction, feeling my conscience evicted.
Dwelling in a sickness making my choices hard to ingest. My mind can’t seem to
resist. Resist this but don’t mean it. Feel the mood change how I need this
drug. Taking it deep in a basement that my weakness dug. This is selfishness oh
God I’m not nough. I need your selflessness God oh your ral true love.
Can you take all my shame and undo what I’ve done?
Lost in the moment, I could never hold this, my mind is losing focus,
I might never know this. How can something be so wrong and feel so right?
