Why I don’t write a song
About the nights without you
Being cold and long
How I loose track of time
Just looking in your eyes
Gazing at the stars
Telling pretty lies
I can put it in a pop song if you like
But what I feel about you doesn’t rhyme
I’d spell it out with roses at your feet
Is that really something that we need
Should I call you baby
When you’re feeling down
