His Season

He had blue eyes, he was of fame, and he was from the past.
I knew of all his work, the ones he’d done, and the ones to come.
He had this air.
And overwhelming stare.
And so I walked through his season.
The sun was shining, and all seemed harmless.
But I knew, there was a reason.
Yes I knew, something had to be done.
I did not know how I got there, I did not know for why.
But there was freedom in this place, one of a different style.
He showed me around.
This peaceful town.
