i can’t read these street signs
no, i’m flying by
the light on my cell phone flashes
haven’t paid it any attention
since late last night
feels like im in fastforward now
well its better than looking back
at the mess that i left behind
three years gone with the slamming of a door
now its me and a broken radio
and this yellow dotted line.
