How to Be a Ghost

Just a vagrant soul
Scattered and un-whole
My blood drains out from my hope
The nothing draws near
And chokes the atmosphere
My speechless voice
My breathless lungs
They echo back what I’ll become

An apathetic apparition in the airglow
All stars give in to the shadows
With every breath, I wander the echos
But the sound of my fear sounds a lot like hope
