Halloween

Candles were burninʼ on Halloween
And your witchy little smile is as big as it seems
All the kids were gathering and climbing the stairs
Just to say trick or treat or doggy dare
We got dropped off
Then we, we got lost
And we didnʼt recognize our own block
Because the haunted house was going off
I hear the laughter but itʼs evil
Feel like Iʼm looking through the eye of a needle
Because of all the smoke and slime
Iʼm holding on to every stitch in time
I found a finger in the punch bowl
I shared my punch with a troll
He even saved me the last sip
This Halloween has really been a trip
