Gee, had such a blast last night, it really was a gas
Did I like the bag Dad gave me? Oh, massively!
It’s hard core and it’s fancy leather… it must have cost a bomb

Now I have a plane to catch, you know I hate to fly
I just stuff myself with sedatives, my Suzy’s at my side
And when we’re there we’ll just relax

I could get down on my knees and praise the lord… Praise the lord!
They came at 4 A.M., they did not use the bell
Wearing gas masks, wielding rifles, moaning about the smell of chick peas
Now it’s been five years since I saw daylight, since i’ve smiled…
Only yesterday they told me time’s come for my trial
I will plead my innocence of what I am accused
They’ll be so impressed I’ll blow their shoes off
