The Quest For Fun

I’ve tipped a few drinks and I’ve found it there
I’ve smoked some herb and smelt it in the air
Had it in a moment of sobriety
Wished it could last for all eternity
The quest for fun is never ending
The quest for fun can be nerve bending
For some the quest is easily satisfied
For some it isn’t conquered until they die
I’ve found it in a foreign land
Achieved it with just my right hand
Had it at the expense of others
Shared it with my friends, makeshift brothers
