A train is a train
Is an arrow on a string
Tied to my window
It flies through the field
Unravelling like a thread
Pulled from a seam
But I don’t wanna fly today
Let me stay here in my room
While the roses boom outside
How come they never come to me?
Unless they’re cut down in their prime
