This houses ghost is shallow
Sleepwalking all through the night, by candlelight
Like a fairy tale from the pages of my mind
These halls are dark and drift side to side
We will leave behind all of these haunted walls
And these ramshackle doors
I’m passing over the earth
And all that’s in between
I still see apparitions holding on to fantasy
We fell into a fabled land somewhere
Somewhere we need to believe
We stitched up all the seams
But the tapestry is unravelling
Our faded star is flickering
This houses ghost is shallow

And watch us from the outside
This crooked mans now crooked home

They speak of ancient deeds now dwelling in the majesty

So hand down all of our stories through your makeshift town
