Failing

We’ve never seen the flowers in their hands
We’ve never seen the beauty in their lands
We still ignore the gods to whom they pray
Their world is far, so far away
We’ve never understood, the way they feel
We never knew, there´s something to reveal
We never knew they walked with feet of clay

While the world is watching us
