Much of Anything

Safe to say it won’t work out like I planned
Several years have passed
And I can’t say I’m a better man
This lifestyle and the road has taken all it can
But I’m going to keep on pushing on until the bitter end
And I don’t
Know how to say much of anything
And I’m sure all these wasted words
Will find back their way
It’s going to be ok
We’ll make it through today, just fine

My hands are cut and the pain in my back won’t go away
I try to numb the hurt but it only sets me back a day
