I found a song at an overpass
Waiting to grow
He told me, «Fall in love again

I didn’t know where to run
So I started a fight
And after everything we’ve been through
I just thought that I should tell you

I found a love in a photograph
Waiting for me
I asked her, «Why did you escape?
You would have won
You were the one

A couple years
In arrears
And a gold nose ring
And then I finally understood
What she was saying when she told
Me everything
Don’t let panic memories drag you down
Blurry faces stand out in the crowd
Love eccentric artists and their sound
Maybe this time I’ll get off the ground
I had to change myself
Fed up with past remains
