Western Grace

Complications followed us on thin lines
We tried to push forward but we’re still behind
Hard times as we watched it unfold
The roads were long we still trudged on
The sun was strong but we held on
Blood lung was beat so were we but as we drove away
We thought of those days and what made them
Thanks to the people who cared enough to take us in
Put us up and give us hope let us know we’re not alone
Thanks to the people who shared
And helped us feel intact to come back
Shake it off
And ride to rock again
It’s a lesson i didn’t mind learning the hard way
