Well I’ve never been so good in school I’ve never been that smart
I never looked like a super model and I never had a credit card
I never owned a fast car and I guess I never will
But I am a part of a Rock’n Roll band, and that’s the way I get my thrill

I say wear your dress and think what you think, but I have got to kick some

Well I played on mighty stages and I have played in dirty pubs
It’s true I fell more than one time, but more than two times I stood up
Well I drank a thousand whiskeys and I kissed a thousand girls
