I’m staring at parking lot lights and I’m wide awake
Thinking of all the mistakes I made
Surrounded by friends, and I’ve never felt so alone
And if you asked me a year ago, I couldn’t see myself on this road
But now the street signs and yellow lines are burned into my mind
Thank you my friend for taking me back to where I should have been all along
And all those nights I spent alone should’ve been spent with you
