Well they thought he was a wiseman
Well they thought he had knowledge from afar

They didn’t realized He was the Bright and Morning Star
They said isn’t this just Jesus
Didn’t he play here with our children
They said isn’t this just Jesus
How did he get such wisdom
They said isn’t this just Jesus
And they wondered how he knew such things
They said isn’t this just Jesus
They didn’t believe he was the King of Kings
Well I know he is a wiseman
And I know that he is God

He died so I could love
And if you would only recieve him
If you’ld let him in your heart

Then all your fear would depart
Well they thought that they had killed him
And they thought they put him in the grave
