Without a sound the streets beneath her,
Push aside to show us what’s below
And the shocks subside shortly after,
Was she alive? only time can know.

She is stuck in the city lights
Taking a chance on reliving those nights

The way the wind carried on
The thousand conversations it had beneath it
It shocked our lips and chilled our bones
She got a glimpse of what she left behind

And who can find out why shes not returning (not returning)
