Real Rain Pours

Invaded space makes your presence known.
Inside this glass house you’ve been throwing stones.
When the real rain comes I’ll be left alone
And free from all the ties that bind,
My feet to my ground,
And my head towards sky.
I’m so torn apart with such a tortured mind.
How much time can you waste here?
When you build it up I’ll still watch you fall.
All you’ve got is that blank stare.
And that don’t carry no clout at all.
The clouds in my head are slowly turning black.
And I need the silence of my mind to get my sanity back.
What is real is not what it’s known as.
I hope it rains in the form of payback.
So when it pours you can never take your soul back.
