When it began we were the same
All blank pages are alike
Our different homes by wealth defined
Gave us the pens to write
Not knowing the contrast in our stares
Wide awake we walked into the night

For no particular one is right
Both equally convinced of each other’s wrong
We unite in dissimilarity
