I’ve felt this burn, there’s no need to be concerned, left it at the gates,
no fear but still afraid
Then wake up and betray an instinct to give up and collapse all feeling despite
all the signs to ignore my own life
All this time still nothing sits and nothing stays
I remind myself that I can go on but once or twice, I see beyond the pain of
vice and condemn myself, I must go on
A lonely soul, devoid of self control
Hidden away, safety in self decay
Don’t hold out before you crawl out of this worthless state of denial despite
all the signs to ignore my own life
How vile, the stench of late, of no escape
Call on your hordes to ward off the lethargy
