Eagles from the Sky

The gate into the sky
is opened in front of me,
behind the rainbow
eagles fly forever free
They are hunting in this sky
‘til the sun goes down.
Night will come — this is the reign of wolves,
so escape from this place,
you can’t see in the dark,
like the eagles, I’ll fly
with my hand I’ll touch the sky
like Icarus before me.
If you need to hide
from this world, from this dark
take my hand
I’ll give you eagle’s wings.
