My Daughter

I’m alright but
I have to tell my daughter
She’s the one who
Sees it everyday
I ain’t crying
But I have to comfort my daughter
She seems to be feeling
The pain of mine
While I’m thinking
How to explain to my daughter
Why nothing
Will be the same from now on
Another failure
Of the mother
