We were just thirteen high school green
Just some all American boys
With a lot to learn and time to burn
We just wanted to make us some noise
So we formed us a band got a few one night stands
And we wore out some cheapo guitars
Time and again we’d cram it all in
To the back of my daddy’s ole car
Our hair grew long our hearts beat strong
As we ran out into the night
We pushed to the end then we’d do it again

There was so much to see what a cool place to be
