I had an underground daydream

I saw myself in the mylar
Had black clothes and black shades
I gulped down some purple pills
And coughed up some razor blades
I tore the meanest sister ray
With a vengeance straight from hell

I tortured shrieks from my ostrich
Pushed my amps to the edge
I got some help from John Cale
And turned the world on its head
I said goodbye to the hippies
And hello to your bed
