This world isn’t like the one I believed
Like somehow I’m being deceived
I think I ended up in the wrong place
Like time changed and left me in a different pace
My heart begins to race
I’m looking at a different face

I can tell that we share the same name
An altered me with the same exact brain
This might sound so insane
But I think I slipped into different frame
I don’t recognize this earth
I’m not wearing the same clothes
I still haven’t seen the worst
I don’t know what to propose
Slightly different hair, eyes, teeth, and nose
I don’t know why but did I die?

I don’t know what to say, in a different body than yesterday
I wish I could hit rewind
Is this all just a trick of my mind?
The only thing I know for sure is that I’m not who I was before
Maybe I should try and explore but I"m scared to even open the door
What happened to my past?
Maybe this life’s better than my last
Looking for details I might have missed
I’m confused did I even exist?
I don’t recognize this earth
On the table I see a gun
I still haven’t seen the worst
Think to myself what must be done
End it all now before this new life’s begun
Pull the trigger and wake up in bed
Turns out this way all in my head
