The Glow

Methodically
They came to me
The kind that like to jump ahead
To go beyond
What’s come and gone
Find what’s at the rainbow’s end
Pot of gold… Full of souls… and it begins to glow
You should know… that the glow… takes control…
and its beyond the world you know.
I couldn’t breathe
I couldn’t leave
So I jumped inside of them
A little frail
I hopped the rail
In two dimensions I began
To unfold, to take control
Or submit to everything
Faithfully, I wait and see
If I am becoming dreams
You’re gonna have to leave me alone right now!
